Can I order same-day?
Same-day delivery may be available depending on baking capacity and rider availability. Please message us first.
Can I order online after 8 PM?
Yes. The website accepts orders 24/7. Orders placed after 8 PM are reviewed on the next operating day.
Where do you deliver?
Standard website delivery covers Bacolod (free next-day), Talisay (₱120 with a minimum of 3 boxes), and Silay (₱180 with a minimum of 3 boxes). Same-day requests and arrangements outside these standard options depend on availability; please message us first.
Do you deliver to hotels?
Yes. We coordinate delivery with Bacolod hotel front desks. Message us if the timing requires special handling.
Can I bring Napoleones on a plane?
Yes. Our boxes are packed for carry-on travel.
How long do Napoleones last?
Up to 5 days refrigerated and up to 10 days frozen. Best enjoyed chilled or lightly warmed for 10–15 seconds.
Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes. Message us for corporate gifts, celebrations, and larger orders so we can confirm lead time, packaging, and delivery.
