Hotel Delivery in Bacolod

We deliver Leones Napoleones to hotels across Bacolod City. Hotel delivery is part of our regular Bacolod service, not a special arrangement. Choose your delivery date in cart before checkout, and we coordinate with your hotel's front desk where permitted.

What we need from you

Guest name — as it appears on the hotel booking.
Hotel name and full hotel address.
Room number, if you know it. Not essential.
Contact number for the recipient.
Delivery date — and your flight time, if the delivery is timed around it.

At checkout, you may still be asked for Barangay, City, Region, Postal code, and phone. Keep Region as Negros Occidental. If you are unsure of the barangay or postal code, ask hotel reception or message us.

Regular hotel delivery

Regular delivery is for tomorrow or a later selected date.

Bacolod City: free regular delivery, no minimum.
Talisay: ₱120 regular delivery, 3-box minimum.
Silay: ₱180 regular delivery, 3-box minimum.

The 3-box minimum applies only to regular delivery in Talisay and Silay.

Flying out the same day?

This is the most common request, and the advice that matters: order on your first day in Bacolod and schedule delivery for the morning of your flight. That way the pastries are as fresh as possible and you are not depending on same-day availability.

Our boxes are packed for carry-on travel. Keep the box flat and cool.

Same-day hotel delivery

Same-day delivery may be available in Bacolod, Talisay, and Silay with no minimum order. Requests placed by 5 PM have the best chance of being fulfilled, but all same-day orders remain subject to kitchen capacity and rider availability.

Bacolod: choose Bacolod same-day delivery — ₱150 estimate at checkout. The ₱150 shown is an estimate. If the actual Grab, Maxim, or Lalamove fee is higher, we will message you before the rider goes out.

Talisay or Silay: message us before ordering so we can confirm kitchen readiness, rider availability, and the actual rider fee, which is paid directly.

How it works

We coordinate with the hotel's front desk or concierge according to that hotel's rules for guest deliveries. We regularly deliver to Bacolod hotels and coordinate with the front desk where permitted.

If the guest is not available when our rider arrives, the order may be left with the front desk where the hotel permits it. Some hotels require the guest to receive it in person — we will tell you if we expect that to be the case.

Timing

Order at least one day ahead for regular delivery. Choose your delivery date in cart before checkout.
Orders placed after 8 PM are reviewed on the next operating day.
Same-day requests are considered case by case after 5 PM.

Conferences and events

We also deliver to convention and event venues in Bacolod, including hotel function rooms and convention centres. For delegate packs, welcome gifts or larger volumes, give us as much notice as you can so we can plan the baking — see Partnerships & Bulk Orders.
