What we need from you

Guest name — as it appears on the hotel booking.
Hotel name.
Room number, if you know it. Not essential.
Contact number for the recipient.
Delivery date — and your flight time, if the delivery is timed around it.

Flying out the same day?

This is the most common request, and the advice that matters: order on your first day in Bacolod and schedule delivery for the morning of your flight. That way the pastries are as fresh as possible and you are not depending on same-day availability.

Our boxes are packed for carry-on travel. Keep the box flat and cool, and it will travel fine.

How it works

We coordinate with the hotel's front desk or concierge according to that hotel's receiving procedure. We are familiar with how most Bacolod hotels handle deliveries for guests.

If the guest is not available when our rider arrives, the order may be left with the front desk where the hotel permits it. Some hotels require the guest to receive it in person — we will tell you if we expect that to be the case.

Timing

Order at least one day ahead. Deliveries within Bacolod City are free and next-day.
Orders placed after 8 PM are reviewed on the next operating day.
Same-day is sometimes possible via Grab, Maxim or Lalamove at actual rates — it depends on baking capacity and rider availability, and usually needs 2–3 hours. Message us before ordering.

Conferences and events
