Do you deliver to hotels in Bacolod?
Yes. Hotel deliveries are part of our regular service within Bacolod, and we are familiar with the receiving procedures of many hotels in the city.
When placing your order, please provide the guest’s name, hotel name, and room number if known. We’ll coordinate with the hotel’s front desk or concierge according to its receiving procedures. If the guest is unavailable when our rider arrives, the order may be left with the front desk when the hotel permits it.
Do you offer pick-ups?
Yes. Scheduled pickup is available from our Kasuy kitchen by prior coordination. Please message us first to confirm availability and timing.

To ensure product freshness and proper climate handling during transit, all bulk orders, corporate gifting, and distribution partnerships are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
