What makes Leones Napoleones special?

Real butter, egg yolks, flour, sugar, water, egg white for the wash, and confectioner's sugar on top. That is the entire list. No added preservatives.

Every batch is made manually: the dough is folded by hand and rested overnight, and the custard is mixed by hand for the next day's boxes. No machines are used at any stage.

What allergens should I be aware of?

Contains: Wheat (gluten), milk, and eggs.

Our Napoleones are prepared in our family-run kitchen, where ingredients containing soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, fish, and shellfish are also handled. While we take reasonable care during preparation, cross-contact cannot be completely avoided.

How many calories are in each napoleones?

What is the shelf life of napoleones?

How do I order napoleones?

You may order directly from our box options page. Choose your delivery date in cart before checkout. For same-day availability, hotel delivery, gifting, or unusual delivery arrangements, message us on Messenger.

Which areas do you deliver to?

Our regular service covers Bacolod City, Talisay, and Silay.

Bacolod City: free regular delivery, no minimum
Talisay: ₱120 regular delivery, 3-box minimum
Silay: ₱180 regular delivery, 3-box minimum

Regular delivery is for tomorrow or a later selected date. The 3-box minimum applies only to regular delivery in Talisay and Silay. Full delivery areas and rates →

If your delivery is outside these areas, message us and we’ll see what timing allows.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes. Same-day delivery may be available in Bacolod, Talisay, and Silay, with no minimum order. Requests placed by 5 PM have the best chance of being fulfilled, but all same-day orders remain subject to kitchen capacity and rider availability.

Bacolod: choose Bacolod same-day delivery — ₱150 estimate at checkout. The ₱150 shown is an estimated rider fee. If the actual Grab, Maxim, or Lalamove fee is higher, we will message you before the rider goes out.

Talisay or Silay: message us before ordering so we can confirm kitchen readiness, rider availability, and the actual rider fee, which is paid directly. Orders after 5 PM may still be considered case by case.

Do you deliver to hotels in Bacolod?

Yes. Hotel deliveries are part of our regular service within Bacolod. We regularly deliver to Bacolod hotels and coordinate with the front desk where permitted.

When ordering, provide the guest’s name, hotel name, full hotel address, and room number if known. At checkout, you may still be asked for Barangay, City, Region, Postal code, and phone. Keep Region as Negros Occidental. If you are unsure of the barangay or postal code, ask hotel reception or message us.

If the guest is unavailable when our rider arrives, the order may be left with the front desk when the hotel permits it.

Do you offer pick-ups?

Yes. Scheduled pickup is available from our Kasuy kitchen. Please message us before you come so we can have your boxes ready and confirm timing — we bake to order, so an unannounced visit may mean waiting or going home empty-handed.

Do you offer reseller pricing, wholesale, or bulk orders for locations outside Bacolod?

Because our napoleones are baked fresh daily with delicate pastry layers and fresh custard, we do not offer a standard open-wholesale price sheet. Larger orders, office gifts, scheduled bigger batches, and café or partner requests are reviewed case by case so we can protect freshness and proper handling.

Do you have a physical store?

We mainly take orders online for delivery and scheduled pickup within Bacolod. You are welcome at the Kasuy kitchen, but please message us first so your order is baked, boxed and waiting when you arrive.
