What you're getting
Flaky puff pastry layers, fresh custard, and a thin sugar glaze.
Real butter, egg yolks, flour, sugar, water, egg white for the wash, and confectioner's sugar on top. That is the entire list. No added preservatives.

Our Napoleones are prepared in our family-run kitchen, where ingredients containing soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, fish, and shellfish are also handled. While we take reasonable care during preparation, cross-contact cannot be completely avoided.

The dough is folded by hand and rested overnight, then baked fresh the next morning. The custard is mixed by hand, before dawn or late the night before, for the next day's boxes. No machines are used at any stage. We bake only what can be made by hand in a day. It is the slower way to do it, and it is why the layers come apart the way they do.
The sweetness is balanced rather than cloying, so it holds up next to black coffee or unsweetened tea.
Serving tip: Let the box sit out for five minutes before the first bite. Cold custard is good. Slightly less cold custard is better.

Keeping them fresh
Up to 5 days refrigerated, up to 10 days frozen. That is what you get when there is nothing in the box designed to make it last longer, and we think it is the right trade.
Best enjoyed chilled, or warmed for 10–15 seconds.
Delivery
Regular delivery: Choose your delivery date in cart before checkout. Regular delivery is for tomorrow or a later selected date. Bacolod City is free with no minimum. Talisay is ₱120 and Silay is ₱180, both with a 3-box minimum. Multi-box sets meet that minimum. Hotel delivery within Bacolod is part of our regular service.
Need it today? Same-day delivery may be available in Bacolod, Talisay, and Silay with no minimum order. Requests placed by 5 PM have the best chance of being fulfilled, subject to kitchen capacity and rider availability.
